Films are non commercial and have been produced according to alternative movie schemes, in south-southeast Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua, which comprise the Mesoamerican Region. Program is monthly elaborated by Cinemar Club Members.

Snacks (buffalo wings, salads, pasta, pizza) and beverage (hot and cold coffe, barrel beer) served at exterior and interior tables of El Horno, half hour before film commencing and three hours after concluding (film projection AND video- debate).

The Creative Beer Oven: Biergarten Café (El Horno Creativo: Biergarten Café) opens, Tuestad to Sunday, from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Directions:

1)Departing from Muelle Fiscal (Customs deck): Once on the exit of the deck (also office and terminal of the San Pedro Belize Water Taxi), take Bahia Blvd on a trip of apro 1.5 kms. If walking, we recommend taking your righthand (east) sidewalk, in order to enjoy the view at the most. Route on Bahia Blvd, at first, will go East and, then, North. At your left, you will be seeing: the State Congressbuilding (Edificio del Congreso del Estado), the statue (Estatua) of General Lázaro Cardenas, Chetumal Lighthouse (el Faro). Upone sighting, at your right, a park with children games, you are 50 meters before the point where you will leave Bahía Blvd. This point is, precisely, when at your right you see the stairs of the main entrance of Bella Vista Social Center (Centro Social Bellavista), which is located at the 90° crossing of Zaragoza Ave (which also stars here) with Bahía Blvd. Cross Blvd Bahia (that is, turn left or west), then go, SLOWLY, a distance of scarce 15 meters, and … Congratulations! You have arrived at the entrance of El Horno Biergarten Café, which is located at 19 Zaragoza Ave crossing with Isla Controy St, a few paces away from Blvd Bahía.

2)Departing from Hotel Arges, that is on Lazaro Cardenas Ave almost corner with Heroes Ave: From the hotel’s mains exit, take Lázaro Cárdenas Ave towards west (ie., take right) for 11 blocks, till it ends at the crossing with Bahía Blvd. Once there, turn right (south) and keep Bahía Blvd for two blocks: you will pass, at your right hand, Plutarco Elías Calles Av and, when you get at the next corner, you are at the point where Zaragoza Ave starts (and crosses), Bahia Blvd. Turn right and walk or ride slowly on Zaragoza Ave a scarcedistance of 15 meterse and… Congratulations! You have arrived at the main entrances of El Horno Crativo:Biergarten Café (The Creative Brickoven: Biergarten Café, whis is on 19 Zaragoza Ave corner with Isla Contoy St, a few paces from Bahia Blvd.
